    thanks for posting this. this is so true. for each of the past 2 week’s i’ve been out of town and gone off my plan each time. surprise, surprise, i’ve gained some weight. good news is that back home i’m in control again. i must remember the cards and to plan, plan, plan.

    I agree with you, Winnie. It’s so much easier to diet when we can control what we’re eating, make meals at home, have a refriderator for restaurant leftovers, etc. But I can tell you it is possible to lose weight while traveling. It’s also possible to just stay even on while away and of course sometimes that’s good enough.

    ~ I’ve lost 10 pounds in 10 months.
