Tuesday Reality Check – March 17, 2020

Tuesday Reality Check: Everyone has stress in their lives, so we can’t use feeling stressed as a reason to let go of healthy eating. Stress will be there either way. Do you want to feel stressed and bad about yourself, or stressed and better about yourself?

    With all the coronavirus stress going on, this is a great time to send this message. I’m on day 1 of quarantine due to our school system closing. I’m very unsure of what this looks like for now for me and my family. Happily, no one is sick, but still understanding that this is not a vacation and will be mindful of social distancing. I’m currently attempting to muster the energy to work out.
