Think Thin Thursday: How is your sleep going? Are you sticking to a consistent bedtime? Getting enough sleep and practicing good sleep hygiene are some of the most important things you can do for yourself right now.

    Sleep is okay for me…some nights I can’t get back to sleep (after the BR routine). So, I have decided not to worry about it… I just get up, read or say my Rosary and then I am just fine to sleep until morning. My doctor suggested using Remfresh…a long acting Melotonin and this is helpful. Have a great day everyone!
