Monday Motivation – July 20, 2020

Monday Motivation: If you feel alone in your struggles to limit your eating and lose weight, remember that so many other people are working at it, too. It’s a very, very small number of people who can eat whatever they want and be at a healthy weight. While it stinks that you have to work at it, you’re in VERY good company!

    It’s not enough to be thin to be healthy. Thin people get degenerative diseases, too. To envy thin people just for thinness ignores the better reason to eat healthy foods and not too much of them. In that way, they are not lucky at all because they can be living in denial that anything is wrong.
