Friday Weekend Warm-up: If you think, “I’ve never been able to keep weight off before so why should I even try this year?” remind yourself, “If I never try, there is a 0% chance I will reach my goals. I’ve tried so many times in the past because it’s so important to me!” Don’t give up on an important goal. Figure out what you can do differently this time so that you’ll have different results.
