    I love this diet because it’s working so well in changing the way I think about eating and this drives better behavior and choices. I just returned from a short pleasure trip and stepped on the scale this morning. No weight gained, even though I ate restaurant food for three days. It helped that the place I stayed in had fresh fruit, whole grains, protein and veggies available at every meal (including breakfast). Also having a ‘fridge in the room helped. A few years ago a vacation would have meant a gain in weight. Not anymore. I’m so confident of that based on recent vacation experiences and happy to be adopting the “think thin” mindset
